Our client a well established company within the beverage industry are seeking to recruit a high calibre Site Maintenance Manager to join their site in Suffolk. This is a key role with responsibility for developing and implementing the site technical strategy, for which you will be at the heart of this agenda, and your experience, knowledge and aspiration will be key to the performance and reliability of this manufacturing facility. 
Role
&quot;Flawless development and execution of site maintenance strategy including reactive maintenance and utilities operation, Shutdown planning and scheduling, Planned maintenance execution and continuous improvement 
&quot;Responsibility for the on-target delivery of the maintenance budget and stock holding 
&quot;Ensuring that all engineering hands requirements and legislative commitment s are met
&quot;Improvement of site technical knowledge management and tools (MP2, APS/MBR, Reliability tools)
&quot;Continuous Improvement, Criticality initiatives, Autonomous maintenance/front line maintenance 
&quot;Development of site control systems strategy, implementing latest technology to improve site robustness
&quot;Line management of maintenance team
Candidate
&quot;Experience of FMCG engineering preferably with Aseptic beverage packaging, ideally with fruit processing experience 
&quot;Experience of packaging technology - Krones 
&quot;Experience of juice handling and processing engineering 
&quot;A professional engineer - ideally degree level qualified in electrical/mechanical engineering or equivalent 
&quot;Solid understanding and practical experience of sound engineering principles and manufacturing methodologies
&quot;Understanding of engineering standards in an FMCG organisation 
&quot;Knowledge of modern maintenance and manufacturing methodologies eg RCM/VDM/Lean tools/60 and experience of implementing them
&quot;Strong people leader and influencer with a good understanding of leadership, management and coaching 

Package
Salary is Negotiable dependant on experience
